These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jitaci platform and its related services ("Services"). By creating an account on jitaci or using the Services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

2.1 Password and Security

Keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login information with any third party. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login information with others.

2.2 Account Suspension or Closure

jitaci may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Attempting to harm other users
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity

jitaci accepts deposits through popular mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this time may be longer. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made — except for bank transfers, which will be sent to the registered bank account.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal request will not be approved and the bonus balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; or if you deposit ৳42,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the applicable amount becomes withdrawable after wagering requirements are met.
• The bonus applies to deposits made through any method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
• jitaci reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited from the account.

jitaci's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. By playing regularly you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier assignment is entirely at the discretion of jitaci. Cashback is added to the balance every Monday and applicable wagering conditions may apply for its use. VIP benefits may change without prior notice.

The following rules must be followed when playing games on jitaci:

6.1 Fair Play Policy

The fair play policy applies strictly to all games. jitaci uses SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure all game results are neutral and random. If any user attempts to influence game results using software, bots, automated systems or unfair tactics, their account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical fault or loss of connection during a game, jitaci reserves the right to determine the result according to server logs. In such situations, jitaci's decision is final.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and market has its own set maximum and minimum bet limits. When using a bonus balance, a specific upper limit on bets per round applies. If this limit is breached, the associated winnings may be voided.
